Terms of Service

NABZ is a live dashboard for Shopify store owners. It reads order data from the Shopify stores you connect and displays it as a real-time map, a live order feed and historical charts, including on an always-on wall display. We provide the service on a subscription basis in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

You must be able to form a binding contract and be authorised to connect the Shopify stores you add. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One organisation is one billing account; the person who owns the organisation owes the subscription fees.

When you connect a store you authorise us to receive order events from Shopify and to store them so we can show you your history. We read order data only; we do not place, edit, cancel or fulfil orders, and we do not modify anything in your Shopify admin.

• Plans, their limits and their prices are shown on our pricing page and are billed monthly in PKR, or annually where offered.
• Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and, except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, are non-refundable.
• We may change prices; a change takes effect at your next renewal and we will give you notice before it does.
• Applicable taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to breach or probe our security or another tenant’s data, no reselling access without our agreement, no using the service unlawfully, and no interfering with its normal operation.

Order data belonging to your stores remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep raw order records for a rolling working window and aggregated daily summaries for the retention period of your plan.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Ingestion of your order data continues even if your subscription lapses, so your history is not lost; only the live display and dashboard access are gated by your subscription status.

You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for a breach of these terms. On termination your right to use the service ends; we retain data only as our Privacy Policy and the law require.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Figures shown in NABZ are for information and are not a substitute for your Shopify records or your accounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
